WELCOME

The Peel Halton Dufferin Training Board (PHDTB) is a community-based organization established in December 1996. It is a non-for profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board members represent business, labour, educators, trainers, women, francophone & persons with disabilities. The Board also includes non-voting members from the federal, provincial and municipal governments.

PHDTB is one of 21 local training and adjustment boards set up across Ontario to play a leadership role in local labour force development. We are a catalyst in the community to address labour market and training issues. The training board helps bring together community stakeholders to address these issues. The Peel Halton Dufferin Training Board promotes life-long learning and encourages employers and employees to participate in ongoing learning throughout their lives.
